As we take braces off a person, we ask them what they liked best about their experience.  Most often, the answer is “the staff”. Our staff are very friendly, fun-loving, and work hard to take care of our patients. Since they see our patients on a regular basis, they get to know each other well, and develop lasting relationships.  Although the staff takes time to treat each person individually, they are well-trained, and treat patients efficiently. They try hard to not make you wait, and have great systems in place to get you on your way quickly. The staff work hard, enjoy what they do, and have a lot of fun, but are very sensitive and are able to understand and fulfill their patients needs.

The Office

We often receive compliments on how comfortable and inviting our office is.  Dr. Erickson spent over two years designing our beautiful state of the art office.  He spent time researching more than 10 orthodontic offices, including some of the nicest orthodontic offices that Manhattan has to offer, studying what makes patients feel comfortable.  Our office has many beautiful windows helping us achieve one of the best views in St. George.  In our waiting area we have computers for patients to check e-mail and surf the internet, a fun salt water fish tank, and lots of amenities that make the office comfortable, and family friendly.

In addition, we truly enjoy what we do, and receive frequent compliments on our efficiency, communication, and caring. For parents who want to accompany their child to the treatment area, we have comfortable chairs where you can feel free to chat or ask any questions.  Dr. Erickson treats each patient like part of his family, and only provides the highest quality orthodontic care. In addition to braces for children, teens and adults, we are also proud to offer Invisalign® clear aligners. We also have an in-house lab, which makes the turnaround time for retainers and appliances mere hours instead of weeks.

The Doctor

Dr. Erickson often receives compliments on his ability to listen to and communicate well with patients. He does a great job of making people feel comfortable as he strives to fully understand each person’s needs, and works hard to make sure that those needs are met, and their questions are answered. Patients can tell that he sincerely cares, and really enjoys what he does.  He loves to have fun, and laughter can often be heard throughout the clinic. Although he does have fun, Dr. Erickson takes orthodontics seriously.  He is meticulous about getting your teeth just right, and often gets compliments from Dentists and patients about the quality of his work.
